The Perfume Connection

The Perfume Connection (TPC) was established in 1991 and launched its first store on Edward Street in the heart of Brisbane in the same year. Since this time the Group has grown rapidly to become Australia’s No 1 retailer of fragrances. With over 60 stores operating in all capital cities TPC is now a well established brand known for its extensive range, superior customer service and competitive pricing.

The business is made up of three divisions including a retail chain, an online store and a wholesale division. The business was born from a passion for beautiful fragrances and a desire to offer customers a unique shopping experience.

The TPC business was acquired in August 2007 by the Escor Group with the objective of transforming the stores and reinvigorating the core promise. In July 2008 the business was relocated to Melbourne and a new team recruited to enable the growth of the business. A new brand positioning was developed and the first of the new generation of stores was opened in May 2007.

The mission for TPC is to become the first destination for fragrances in the Australian market by offering value and knowledgeable service in appealing and convenient stores. Our performance will be influenced by our core values that provide a pathway for all our people to grow and develop.
